They will make the first impression about our company to many customers and therefore set up the type of experience they will have with us throughout their project.
Responsibilities and Duties Answering phone calls, texts, and e-mails of current and potential customers in a timely manner Helping with electricians schedules Being a secondary help to the electricians while they are in field for change orders, invoices, reviews, etc Resolving scheduling conflicts as they occur.
Help make travel arrangements Help manage our vehicle fleet Help the HR department Qualifications and Skills Master multitasker React efficiently and calmly to incoming requests and situations Excellent communication and organization skills Clerical or administrative experience a plus Knowledge of electrical/service industry terminology helpful Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge & skills Able to provide friendly & professional customer interaction High school diploma or GED Company Values, Benefits, and Perks Haupt Electricals' noble mission is that we build people.
