Job Description:
Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to grow your career? The Division of Wildlife Resources is seeking to hire a highly motivated individual to join our fiscal/admin team! In this position, you will prepare and process a variety of accounting documents, transactions, and other accounting-related tasks.
You will also provide hunting, fishing, and other wildlife information to the public over the phone or in person at the Central Region office located in Springville.
This position is great for someone who has excellent communication skills and wants to learn new skills.
Principal Duties:
As a Support Services Coordinator I, you will:
Enter and retrieve accounting information Review documents and reconcile discrepancies; make needed adjustments Receive, research, and respond to incoming questions or complaints and accurately explain rules and policies to others Provide assistance and/or on-the-job training Sell licenses and permits, providing accurate information about wildlife recreation The Ideal Candidate (will have):
State of Utah FINET experience Be detail-oriented Be willing to learn and adapt to new ways of performing duties Excellent customer service and communication skills An understanding of bookkeeping procedures Why you should join our team:

Requirements:
High School Diploma One year accounting experience Valid driver's license.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
