We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop plans promoting independent life skills for intellectually disabled individuals in our care.
Principal Duties The Behavior Support Analyst in this position will:
Assisting in the development and implementation of assessment tools.
Conducting functional assessments and analysis when appropriate.
Developing behavior plans/treatment plans with a focus on reducing problematic behaviors.
Teaching appropriate behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors.

Licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the state of Utah.
Experience working two or more years with intellectually disabled individuals.
Experience working two or more years as a Behavior Support Analyst.
Certified as a BCBA supervisor and has completed supervision specific training.

gov/ Example of Duties Consulting with others to discuss treatment plans, new or unusual situations, findings, options, and recommendations on client/patient cases.
Acting as a lead worker and/or supervising subordinate personnel including:
hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance.

Typical Qualifications (includes knowledge, skills, and abilities required upon entry into position and trainable after entry into position) Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
