Marketing and Sales Executive
Roam Media Group was established in 2006 running entire marketing campaigns for major businesses like Dish Network and Hapari Swimwear. The Scholar is one of our newest projects. We have a contract with Alpine School District, the largest district in the state, and will ultimately be spread throughout the entire state. The position has major room for growth and advancement in position and pay. At this time, with an very obtainable average of 5 sales a week, the commission and bonuses would be upwards of 70,000 per year in commissions and bonuses. We are eagerly searching for the right candidate to work with us in this project. We will ultimately be looking for a salesman to open new areas and manage a team of salesman, with potential ownership in our company. The opportunity for growth is truly unique.
Job Description:
The marketing salesman will be responsible for obtaining businesses to advertise with Roam Media Group in the The Scholar program. This program gives back to participating schools and distributes advertising within participating districts. Businesses have the rare opportunity to grow their business through aggressive result oriented marketing, while giving back to their local schools. Our advertising prices are great, and sales follow. Salesman will be involved in finding businesses to participate, reaching an agreement, and finishing required paperwork and protocol with strict deadlines.
Requirements:
Must be a self starter who can get results! Must be friendly, outgoing, organized, be able to meet strict deadlines, and dedicated to being the professional face of our company. We value our product, and our mission is very people oriented, so professionalism is a must. You must be have access to a computer with the internet. May work from home majority of time.
This position is for full-time and/or part-time. Can work your own hours and days of the week. Great for students, and seasoned salesman alike. As long as there are results, you are free to work in the time frame that best meets your personal needs.
Must be able to begin right away. Although throughout the year we are flexible, we have major deadlines coming mid-January and March. Must be willing to aggressively hit the pavement right away.
